Grace was born in the Republic of Congo's capital Kinshasa. She went to primary school there until she was ten years old, when she moved to Johannesburg, South Africa, with her mother and one sibling. She completed her primary and secondary education there before embarking on a gap year program in 2015 at Cornerstone Church. Throughout her high school career, she concentrated on hockey and athletics. During her volunteer gap year, she assisted in the organization and planning of events at various churches throughout South Africa, learned leadership skills and finance courses, and worked with children and youth—assisting with homework and organizing camps and other events.
From 2016 to 2019, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Johannesburg, where she was awarded a certificate for completing a practical course in social research in Sociology. She was on the Dean's list.
She spent around two years working in retail after graduating from college. Her next position was as an administrative assistant, which she has held up to the present. In this role, she works to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction—ensuring they have a positive experience, that issues are handled effectively by the best team, and by coordinating interactions between the client and the business to meet the client's needs. Her interests include language learning, gardening, and hiking.
Grace has been thrilled to be working in this area of law since joining the firm. Estate planning may be viewed as assisting people in writing the epilogue to their life stories and helping them tell their stories the way they want to. She also thinks that estate administration is truly a helping profession in which the firm gets to support executors as they step into the shoes of our hero or heroine to finish his or her story in the best way possible. To ensure that the story is ultimately finished, it is their responsibility to take that person by the hand and guide them through the final instructions, step by step, until the story is complete.
